simple stay near victoria
great rate single room top floor
i secured a great rate. my standard single room included a faucet. the top floor location was quiet. i did appreciate the proximity to nearby transit options.
the wifi didnt work at all . this was very frustrating as i needed it for planning. there was also a noticeable unpleasant smell in my room. despite using the heater, the room stayed quite cold.

The location was EXCELLENT! It is close to public transportation. Staff was super nice. I appreciated the luggage storage option.
The room was small. The bathroom was also tiny. It was hard to move inside.

central location convenient travel nearby cafes clean room
I found the location quite convenient. The proximity to Victoria Station made travel easy. I also appreciated the cafes nearby. The room was clean and well-kept. The super clean linen and towels were definitely a plus.
The wifi signal was weak at times, especially during peak hours. This made it challenging to stream videos.

The reception staff provided polite assistance and answered all my questions promptly. They were available 24 hours. I found them to be efficient with check-in and check-out. The whole process was very smooth.

My standard twin room included two comfortable beds, a kettle, and complimentary tea. The room also featured a television and an en suite bathroom. The air conditioning was a nice feature too!
